Between your outdoor entertainment center on your RV and your games stashed in your storage compartments, you'll have the best party spot to at the game! Get the outdoor TV and speakers going, food cooking on the outdoor kitchen grill, and activities pulled out of your storage compartments. Full Timer Travel Destination

If you're from the Midwest and are a full time RV'er, it can get a little tricky in the winter months.  We've found a few places south and west that could offer some great relief from the winter weather.

First stop- Arizona!

Desert's Edge RV Park (Arizona)

This is a great place to visit or stay for a period of time in the Phoenix area. They are full hookup lots with concrete patios.  It is also a very dog-friendly RV park with amenities such as a dog run, dog grooming station and two dog parks. It has a pool and hot tub, fitness center, grills, and free wi-fi.

Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort (Arizona)

This is a great 55+ community RV resort in the Casa Grande area. It is a higher end RV Resort that has tons of amenities usually hosting about 165 activities per week. Some of those activities include dances, day trips, special events, and clubs.

Next stop- Florida!

Twin Lakes Camp Resort (Florida)
Twin Lakes Camp Resort is located in between Pensacola and Tallahassee in the northern part of Florida. There are docks and boat launches on the lakes which makes the campground great for boating, fishing, and water activities.

Naples Motorcoach Resort (Florida)
This is a great place to go if you own a motorcoach and love to be by the water. There are a variety of premium sites located on the canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico (great for boating). It offers a community pool, pickle ball courts and much more!

Family RVing Magazine Feature

Veurink's RV Center was recently featured in the September 2019 issue of FMCA's (Family Motorcoach Association) magazine, Family RVing. 

The magazine article highlights Veurink's RV Center's 65th anniversary that was celebrated earlier this year. It explains the history of how Veurink's RV Center was started and who was and is still involved from the Veurink family today. Read more about it in the article featured. Veurink's RV Center encourages RVers to subscribe to FMCA's Family Rving Magazine to get your very own copy to see what's currently happening in the RV world. 

The current dealership is a 21,000 square foot building on 8 acres and has 28 landscaped RV displays. Veurink's RV Center sells travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes including many different brands and styles. Stop on by the family owned dealership in Grand Rapids, Michigan to check them out and meet some of the Veurink family members that currently work there!

Woodfield Backpack Event

Backpack! Backpack!

Recently, some of our very own Veurink's RV Center employees were able to participate in an event with the Woodfield Community Center. Backpacks were filled with all things needed for school. Some of the items included were paper, pencils, crayons, pens, folders, glue sticks and highlighters as well as a water bottle and a devotional! 

A few employees first gathered together one night after work and packed up the backpacks with all the needed supplies. Some were in charge of the elementary school supplies and backpacks while a few others were in charge of gathering all the needed middle school items. 

Then the fun part came the next night. We got to hang out with some fun and energetic kids. They had a talent show that night and we got to play basketball and different games with them.

 

The Woodfield Community Center puts together so many great things for these kids and we loved being a part of it! What a fun night it was and we can't wait to pair up with them again in the future!
